1/29/19 UPDATE: We will be using a coupon (2) Adults for $28.00. In addition - WMF will be paying half of the cost for the first 30 adult survivors of brain injury that register. We will be paying cash at the box office due to using a coupon.
Anyone that registered prior to this date will be refunded for any overage the date of the activity.
Anyone registering after 1/29/19 will need to be prepared to pay cash the day of - however you must still register.
**IMPORTANT - If we can match everyone up, the ticket cost will be $14 p/p - otherwise the cost will be $28. We will match in the order of registration or if your group is an even number.
Final information and total cash needed on 2/9 will be sent to everyone on 2/7, so please make sure to watch for the e-mail.
Children (Ages 5 to 12): $17 (If we have 10 children - the cost will be $1
Children under age 5 are free, but must be registered to attend
Registration Deadline: Midnight of 2/6/19
Transportation/Safety: We’re MOVING FORWARD! does not provide anyone to assist with care and/or safety needs. Participants are responsible for their own safety. If mobility, cognitive, vision or other issues can be foreseen putting any participant at risk, it is the participant’s obligation to have a responsible party attend with them to assist with their needs and safety. We also do not provide transportation.
Parking: There are limited amount of accessible parking spots up front by the entrance. The parking lot is huge and gets full quickly. You may need to drop off individuals in your group and go park.
Ticket pick-up: You must arrive no later than 11:00 am to pick up your ticket(s) from Ronda or Tara.
Departure time: The length of your stay is up to you. The Festival is open until 6:00 pm
Attire: Feel free to dress in Renaissance attire if you would like. Probably 70% of the people attending the Festival dress up when they attend. Wear good, comfortable shoes and dress appropriately for the weather.
What to bring: Money for food and drinks. Remember to bring water, sunscreen, phone / and camera.
Accessibility: The terrain consists of gravel, dirt and some different grades.
Option to Invoice for "No Show": If you register for an activity/event online or by mail and are unable to attend, please notify us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling one of the numbers listed below prior to the applicable registration deadline. If we are not notified of change in attendance prior to the deadline, we will not be able to issue a refund for any amount you paid. In addition, if you have registered for a “FREE” spot paid on your behalf by We’re MOVING FORWARD! and do not notify us of your change in attendance before the applicable deadline or are a “no show”, we reserve the right to invoice you for the amount that was paid on your behalf.
Required Documents to Attend/Participate: A Waiver-Media Release/Info Form is required for each person attending any We’re MOVING FORWARD! activity/event. This information is for emergency purposes and also for us to gather statistics for grants. We will never share your personal information without your prior consent. This document is automatically generated and e-mailed to you upon registering for an activity/event online. If you did not complete this information at the Christmas Party or have not mailed them to us in advance, you will be required to bring them with you to the first activity/event that you attend in 2019. The document is good for the full year.
